A product is not just the physical item but the bundle of utilities the customer buys. 2. Price Price is the amount of money customers pay to obtain the product. Decisions here include the pricing objective, price level, discounts and allowances, and credit terms. Price directly affects demand and is the only element that earns revenue for the firm. 3.
