Yes. Water between 0 degrees C and 4 degrees C contracts when heated (anomalous expansion of water); a stretched rubber band is another example.

Most substances expand when heated, but there are exceptions that show anomalous (unusual) behaviour and contract on heating over a certain range.

The classic example is water:
