Sir,
It has been reported that you remained absent from duty for three consecutive days, i.e. on 10th, 11th and 12th March, 2026, without obtaining the prior permission of your officer and without submitting any leave application or intimation.
Such unauthorised absence from duty is a breach of the service rules and the discipline of the company, and is treated as misconduct.
You are, therefore, called upon to show cause in writing, within three days from the date of receipt of this notice, as to why suitable disciplinary action should not be taken against you for the said unauthorised absence.
