Step 1. Overall shape and motility. Draw a single small oval or pear-shaped cell, with a pair of thin whip-like flagella projecting from its anterior (front) end — these are what make it motile, unlike the non-motile Chlorella.
Step 2. Outer layers. Label the outer boundary as the cell wall, with the cell membrane just inside it, enclosing the cytoplasm.
