The six ISM systems (AYUSH): Ayurveda (herbs/humours), Yoga (posture/breathing), Unani (Greco-Arabic humoral), Siddha (Tamil herbo-mineral), Naturopathy (natural means) and Homeopathy (like-cures-like) — all effective, safe and inexpensive.

  4. Siddha — one of the oldest systems, developed in the Tamil tradition, using herbs and minerals to treat disease.
