Henri Fayol gave 14 principles of management; five key ones are Division of Work, Authority & Responsibility, Discipline, Unity of Command and Unity of Direction.

Henri Fayol, known as the Father of Modern Management, developed fourteen principles of management. Five of them are explained below:
