At series-LCR resonance the circuit behaves purely resistively, so VRV_R must equal the full supply voltage (240 V) while VL=VCV_L=V_C (any equal pair is possible depending on QQ); only option (c) is consistent with this.

In a series LCR circuit driven by an AC source, the inductive reactance XL=ωLX_L=\omega L and capacitive reactance XC=1ωCX_C=\dfrac{1}{\omega C} both depend on frequency but in opposite senses. At the resonant angular frequency ω0=1LC\omega_0 = \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{LC}}, the two reactances become equal: XL=XCX_L=X_C. Since VLV_L leads the current by 90∘90^\circ and VCV_C lags it by 90∘90^\circ, the two voltage phasors point in exactly opposite directions and cancel each other in the loop equation, regardless of how large each one individually is (this is the well-known voltage-magnification effect in a resonant LCR circuit, especially pronounced for high-QQ circuits).
