This sensation is a genuine PSEUDO FORCE (4.5.3): it is measurable (e.g. it would register on a force sensor or spring scale fixed inside the capsule pressing you against a wall), it does not obey Newton's second law when analysed from inside the (non-inertial) capsule frame without the extra term, and it is not one of the four fundamental forces -- so it is 'pseudo', meaning non-real in a technical sense, but it is absolutely a REALITY as far as your body's felt experience and any instrument's measurement are concerned; it is not a mere psychological 'feeling'.
