Concept understanding — what Nadi-Shodhan is
Nadi means energy channel and shodhan means purification, so Nadi-Shodhan is "channel-cleansing breath." The breath is drawn in through one nostril and out through the other in a slow, alternating rhythm, which brings balance to body and mind.
